[Rotary] Community Services Board/Reschedule Meeting

Hello All,

There was a meeting of the Community Services Board scheduled this week
before the regular Rotary meeting. The Rotary's regular meeting plans have
changed and we are now meeting at Patterson's at noon for a Holiday
celebration.

I will reach out with a new date/time for our community services meeting
and I look forward to a dynamic and impactful 2024.
