[Rotary] Subject: Club Meeting of April 13

Dear Rotarians and friends of Rotarians:
We will meet this week in Preston Hall at 12:00 for a regular meeting, with a very special speaker, Megan Barber Allende of the Community Foundation, who will talk about the Foundation. She will be followed by Matt O'Halloran, who will talk about his trip to Fiji, after which we will have a discussion of key upcoming activities, including our finances and budget, officers and chairs, and last but not least the Dine Out Raffle.
Many of us knew and admired Joe and Ruth Sparks, former Rotarians who both passed away last year. Dean is circulating separately an announcement of a celebration of life in their honor, to be held in the Botanical Gardens--the Vegetable Garden-- at 1:30 next Saturday. Please have a look at the announcement, which could not because of its file size be passed on to you using Rotary at lists. 
I have had covid, and will not be chairing the meeting, but someone will!!
The drawing pot is now over $500, so it pays to attend.
