Hi all,
Attached please find the proposed agenda for our Board meeting of Thursday April 6, Preston Hall, 12:00.
This and the two Board meetings that follow will be important as we close out this year and prepare for next year. 
In this meeting we will focus on upcoming expenditures and activities to be undertaken this Rotary year.
If you are a committee chair and have a spending proposal to make for this year, you should send an e-mail to me, copy to Toby and Brandt, with an attachment describing and justifying it, not later than Monday April 3. 
All members are encouraged to attend this meeting, whether you are on the Board or not. The more informed the discussion, and the more that influence it, the better.
