[Rotary] Subject: Debunking Celebration Orders

Hi all, 
We are all looking forward to the chance to SOCIALIZE, REMINISCE ABOUT THE YEAR PAST, AND ROAST OUR PRESIDENT TOBY WADE this THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 15 AT THE MACCALLUM HOUSE TENT WITH CHECK-IN AT 5:30 AND SEATING ABOUT 6:00.
Salad and dessert, tax and tips are included in the amounts below.
Mezze Plate $55Chicken $55Bavette Steak $67
Wine will be $12 a glass.
The restaurant asks that we order beforehand, and we have still got a few undecideds and/or (most probably) errors, so please check the attached order list and inform me by e-mail or phone of any changes. 
You will pay at the Rotary service desk, who will collect the money and the club will pay the restaurant.
Please plan to arrive a little early. We will have people at the service desk, who will check you in, collect your money, and hand out wine glasses. They will be double checking your orders, so it would be good to arrive a little early (the tent is open at 5:00) so we can get this done by the time we sit down (6:00).
Think of  a few things you would like to say on the night.
Please keep in mind that we are collecting checks for the Fiji challenge. If you have not yet given Matt or me your check, you could do so Thursday. 
We have 28 persons coming, a good turnout.
