[Rotary] Subject: Notes of Club Meeting of 9/1/22

Dear All,
Thursday we had a smallish club meeting attended by members Toby, Jeff, Ray, Gary, Pete, John C, Donna and Leona, as well as visitors Grace Hendrickson and Daphne. 
We urged all members to get hole sponsors for the golf tournament.
Donna outlined what she is doing in youth services.
Matt said he was going to Fiji soon and would contribute $1,000 of his own funds for the Urata Lookout Project in Savusavu. Jeff, Ray, John Cottle  and others supported Matt's efforts to help the Savusavuclub and community by pledging additional contributions which now stand around $600. 
If you would like to support this effort, please make out a check to the club, make sure it is designated for the Urata Lookout Project and get it to Matt as soon as possible.    The next regular meeting will be on September 15 when Dr. Coren will speak on health issues. 
Please send Jeff your food and wine choices for the Debunking which will be at 5:30 on September 15 at Maccallum House.
