> As many of you know I am the Volunteer Coordinator for the Noyo Headlands race that is an event that benefits the Mendocino Coast Healthcare Foundation.
>
> This coming Saturday, October 29, we have the annual Noyo Headlands Race and I am still looking for a handful of volunteers to help make this event a success!
>
> Are you able to help with any of these spots? Or perhaps know anyone in your clubs that might be?
>
> It’s really a lot of fun (even more fun if you bring a friend, partner or child with you to help at your position)
>
> Here is what I am looking to fill:
>
> Race Directors/Cheering  Near Glass Beach Bathrooms .. 1-2 people from 6:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
> Bring a chair, bring a book, hangout and relax, cheer runners on as they pass, help ensure they follow the course path
> Water Station 3  1-2 people from 6:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
> Bring a chair, bring a book, hangout and relax, cheer runners on as they pass, help ensure they follow the course path, make sure water and hydration packets are easily accessible as runners run by (you also have a first aid kit at your station and a trash can to collect trash as runners pass by)
> Volunteer Check-in tent / clean-up / floater  5:45 a.m. – 9 a.m.
> Help assist me with checking in volunteers, getting them their instructions, items and off to their locations… also, help check in with volunteers to ensure they are setup and running smoothly.
> Race Directors/Cheering  End of Noyo Bridge  1-2 people from 7:30 am – 1pm
> Bring a chair, bring a book, hangout and relax, cheer runners on as they pass, help ensure they follow the course path
>
> Please let me know today or tomorrow if you are able to help out so I can finalize my volunteer lists!
>
> Thank you in advance.
