Wednesday, November 2

Jennifer will drive to Toby Wade’s home at 31401 Middle Ridge Road, Albion,
CA 95410 to arrive at approximately 6:00PM. She can refresh or change or
relax for ~30 minutes. Leona and I will then drive her to dinner. We will
return home for her night’s lodging around 9:00-9:30PM.

On Thursday morning, we will arrange for breakfast and a tour of Rotary
Park. If necessary, Jennifer will have time in the morning for work, phone
calls and email.

11:45AM for a combined Board and Club meeting

Meeting location: Preston Hall 44831 Main Street, Mendocino, CA 95460.

Gary estimates that there will be 3 tables with 4 members at each table.

DG Traveling Basket is ready.


*Jennifer will drive to Gualala ~1:30PM on Thursday. It is 49 miles
Mendocino to Gualala and should take about 1 hour and 15 minutes. *

*Jennifer is arranging her own lodging in Gualala.*

Annan would love to take Jennifer to dinner on Thursday evening, November
3.

9:00AM for a combined Board and Club meeting

Meeting location: 40600 Leeward Road, The Sea Ranch, CA 95497
Del Mar House at The Sea Ranch is just 10 minutes from Gualala. I will meet
Jennifer at her hotel at 8:30AM and guide her down Highway 1 to our meeting
location.

Annan estimates 20-25 attendees seated at rectangular tables, dining hall
style.
