[Rotary] Rotary Rotating Presidency

Dear Rotarians,
Ray raised the question of whether we had discussed the rotating Presidency in a club meeting, which sent me to look back at my meeting notes. 
We discussed and decided upon the makeup of the rotating presidency at the Annual Retreat, held at the President's house, on June 18.
The notes of the meeting are attached. You will see the reference to the rotating presidency in the third para from the end. 
We followed up in our meetings on June 23 and 30.
I made a mistake in my message below. The fourth quarter co-presidents were to be myself and Margaret Black. Sorry, Margaret!!
Jerry raised the question of whether the Secretary should be the co-President, a legitimate concern. 
For the record, I would like someone else to be Secretary.

You have a lot of good ideas, but as Secretary I have no option but to remind you that the already identified Co-Presidents for January-March are John Cottle and Susan Keller, and for April-June are myself and Toby Wade.
