[Rotary] Rotarians Joe and Ruth Sparks

Ray, et al,

You have to be dead to get on the list.  We don't need that many 
benches.  Of the 49 Rotary Stones, I counted 19 Stones that are for 
Mendocino Rotarians that are no longer alive.  There are some that I 
know I missed.
