[Rotary] Rotarians Joe and Ruth Sparks

Actually I like the idea of making more benches. It personalizes the memorial to our members who have meant so much to our club. Joe Sparks and John Porter were dedicated Rotarians. Names I would like to see permanently somewhere in our community.
