[Rotary] Subject: Agenda for Rotary Meeting of June 26

Dear Friends, 
We will have a hybrid meeting tomorrow, June 26, in Preston Hall. This will be an important meeting as we move toward the end of the Rotary year, and we hope you all will attend, by any method that works for you.
However, there have been some last-minute developments.
Jennifer Strong, our District Governor-elect, could not attend due to engine problems with her plane. We are hoping we can reschedule her visit for late June.
Margaret Black, our new member, cannot attend tomorrow for personal reasons so we will have her induction as a member later, when she is back in town.
Some new issues came up concerning the budget, hence our agenda will involve a regular meeting to open, followed by a board meeting which will be short and open to all, to discuss several budget matters, followed by a regular meeting until close.
Toby Wade, our President, is busy tonight with the High School scholarship awards, hence I am issuing this invite at his request.  
Amanda Pekin joined us as a possible member last week, and we are hoping she will join us again tomorrow.
