[Rotary] Subject: Meeting on June 26 with our District Governor

Dear Mendocino Rotarians, 
On Thursday this week we will be meeting with Jennifer Strong, our Governor-elect, who is flying into Mendocino to get a better image of our club and to share her experience with us. We strongly encourage all of you to join us at our fabulous new venue at Prescott Hall at 12:00 and afterwards during the afternoon and evening.
I know that several of you may have other commitments, and may not be able to attend in person, and I also know that some may have been discouraged by our past zoom meetings with moving images, poor sound quality etc. Do not lose faith!!
We have solved the worst of our problems with zoom, and ask that you join us again by zoom if after exploring all the options you cannot be at the meeting in person. We need your inputs. 
You are invited to a scheduled hybrid (In-person and Zoom) meeting at 12:00 on Thursday May 26. 
The zoom meeting will open at 11:50 so please join then if you have any doubts about how to get on. We cannot help you get on Zoom once the meeting begins at 12:00.
