[Rotary] Subject: Ukraine Benefit Timing

Hi all,
This is going to be a gala event, so hope you can all come and help out as will be required.
There will be a number of us there for setup but it would be great if others can man the Rotary table, ticket sales, liquor dispensing tables etc. during the day. And of course there will be cleanup at the end.
11:30 setup1:00 informal beginning of event2:00 formal opening with a singing of the Ukrainian National Anthem5:00 last music and close at about 5:45.Cleanup
Wear blue and yellow, your Rotary caps, pins etc., invite your friends and
