Yesterday as I checked out of the market I found a nicely done announcement encouraging shoppers to purchase bunches of sunflowers, the national flower of Ukraine, and pledging Harvest Market to match the cost as a donation to Ukraine-with the help of the Rotary Clubs of Mendocino and Starnberg, Germany!!
What a wonderful message, thanks to Tom Honer, Carstens, Suzanne and John Cottle.
Let's all help. Donate, and buy sunflowers.
