Hi All,

To keep you all in the loop, I have made arrangements for the Puppet 
Company to perform after the parade and for Ui the face painter to be on 
site before, during and after
the parade.  To the best of my knowledge we will be giving out American 
flags before the parade and have food and non-alcoholic drinks available 
along with a Rotary Club table to promote the Club and Rotary Park all 
the time.

Are there any other things planned.  We have to determine the times for 
the various events in relation to the parade.  Some will be before the 
parade, some before, during and after the parade and some just after the 
parade.  Above is my best guess.

I will bring some samples of art work we have used in the past to the 
Retreat.
