[Rotary] Subject: Mendocino Rotary Budget

Folks, 
Here is the 2022/23 budget,revised per our Board meeting on Thursday.  
Thanks to all who attended for their helpful comments which I hope I have reflected adequately.
I put disaster relief and Ukraine under Community Service, and increased the funding for NGOs under Community Service so as to provide more balance. I created a new section for Club Service, inserted a new item for venue rent, and increased the expected revenues from the golf tournament as it seemed we might be able to raise more.  
Because the changes are fairly substantial, I suggest we consider this as a working budget for the rest of this month and then review it again next month.
