[Rotary] Tree Lighting

Due to the weather forecast for tomorrow evening, I am cancelling the tree
lighting event till later when weather is permissible.

HOWEVER we are still going to decorate tomorrow morning at 10.  Before the
rain gets here.
The tree is already dressed with lights and operational.  THANK YOU MATT!!!
