[Rotary] Ruth Sparks

Thank you Dean- Ruth and Joe were mentors to so many of us and they both gave so much to this community! I was Joe’s Rotarian of the year as a young inexperienced Rotary member. I remember his patience and dedication. This is a much brighter place to live because they were bigger than life and shared their Service above self.
