[Rotary] Subject: Rotary President's Debunking

Dear Mendocino Rotarians, 
We are arranging for the debunking of our outgoing President, Toby Wade, on Thursday September 15, at MacCallum House Restaurant, at about 5:30-9:00, time and menu to be confirmed. Maccallum House offers a wonderful venue under the tent, great food, reasonable prices if you keep your appetite in check and of course drinks from the bar. 
More important we will have the chance to celebrate the amazing and substantial accomplishments of our outgoing President, and roast him as well. Most important, we will have the chance to celebrate our club and our friendships with other club members, their spouses and friends. 
To that end, please let me know if
1) The date and time will work for you.
2) How many in your party will attend (come with spouses, significant others, friends, parents, adult children, whatever, but come and be with us).
3) Let us know if you might have some special things to say/words of thanks/etc.
4) Awards will be handed out!! 
5) This might be a good time to invite a possible new member.       

6) We are negotiating for a fixed cost for salad and a simple dessert, say $10-15, and the cost of an entree  ranges from $21 for one piece of chicken to $38 for a bavette of steak. So total cost $31-$53, depending on the order, and our negotiations with the restaurant. 
7) We ate there Friday night and the food was outstanding.
8) Let me know if you can or cannot attend, and we will make it happen.
