[Rotary] Julie Masterson - Take a deep breath

Bill and Julie were wonderful Rotarians and lots f fun to be with. I miss them both. I have a sad heart, but am looking forward to a champagne toast in their memory.

Dear Friends,
 
Some of you may already know, but I just learned that Julie Masteron passed away in early March, at home in Mendocino. Julie and Bill were much loved members of the community and of our Rotary Club. Since Bill's passing, I saw Julie occasionally, and she delighted our family with social visits, and always with a bottle of Roederer champagne. However you wish to recognize Julie and her life well lived in our community, with a toast of champagne, or sad heart, at hearing of her passing, I join you in both the joy of knowing her, and the sadness of her passing.
