Dear MendoRotos!

I think Jeff Stubbs would make a superb District Governor for 2024-2026 for District 5130!  Since we are such a small club, it would be an uphill battle for him to compete against nominees from large clubs but I think it would be an honor for him to be nominated by our club and good exposure for him (and us) for him to run.  Thoughts?
