[Rotary] John Porter Update

I went to see John this morning.  Physically he is well, but he feels
isolated.  Most of the residents have dementia, and his poor hearing limits
his participation with the others.  He has had visits from his wife Janice
and a couple of church friends, but NO ROTARIANS until I showed up.

I know several of you plan to visit him, but our lives seem to fill
themselves up, and time slips away.  Please try to mark in a couple of
hours on your calendar, and make the beautiful drive down the coast.  If
one of you wants a traveling companion, consider a carpool with me or
another of your friends.  I don't mind masking the entire time.
