[Rotary] Subject: Rotary Meeting on Thursday May 20

Hi all,
This may be the last zoom meeting of the year. We will meet outdoors at my house on the 27th, to discuss fund raising and social events for next year, and then hopefully we will go into regular weekly meetings, indoors, at Mendocino Cafe or Flow. 
To make indoor meetings happen we need to know if any of you would be unwilling to meet indoors, and if any of you have not been vaccinated. Jabs are readily available at Safeway, there is no waiting line, so there is no excuse for not getting one. 
Our speaker on Thursday will be David Latoof, the Chief of the Mendocino Fire Department, who will speak on the fire risk during this dry year, what we can do to protect ourselves, and what the fire agencies are doing to be ready. We all have these concerns, so his update will be very welcome and I hope every member of our club will attend.
After David's talk and discussion, we will hear reports from committee chairs, particularly youth, park, community service, international and golf.
