[Rotary] Subject: Rotary Board Meeting on March 25: Place, Time, Agenda

Hi all,
We will meet on Thursday March 25 for a Board meeting to which all members are invited. 
It will be outside, weather permitting, at Susan Keller's house, where we can distance and mask as appropriate on the lawn.
Susan, please e-mail all the above with your address and any directions.
It will be a hybrid meeting. I will bring the Rotary audio system and my laptop. We can use the audio to make sure all of us can hear, and the laptop to zoom to those who cannot attend in person.
We will meet at 12:30, a little later than usual, to allow time for the pizza to arrive. Let me know if this time doesn't work for you.
This will be a special meeting, with the main focus being to recognize and appreciate John Porter's service with the club, to date and ongoing. John will speak about the reasons he joined and donated his time to Rotary, what he found rewarding and not. We can all join in with reflections on the things that John did for the club. 
We will also vote on the transfer of funds to Fiji and Vanuatu for projects there. 
If we need to vote on any other avenue of service projects, committee chairs please put them forward.
Last but not least, each of us will present to the Board our recommendations on new members. I will propose one and I think Toby Wade will propose one. All members, give your proposals some thought and lets get some new people in the club. 
Especially younger ones.  
The zoom address, if you need it, will be the same as in our last club meeting, but we hope as many members as possible come to recognize and roast John Porter.
Pizza will be served, plus water, wine and beer. 
If the weather doesn't cooperate we will reschedule but it looks right now as if it will be clear and warm. 
I will be out of town MTW and out of internet range so if you have any questions please ask either Toby or Mike.
