[Rotary] Golf Tournament Info TICK TOCK

[J Gary Hopper]

Attached are things to think about in preparation for this event. FIRST
PRIORITY is getting 15 Teams ASAP committed.  SECOND is Sponsors, and Third
is RAFFLE Prizes10 or so really good ones.

We already have plates, cups, napkins, utensils, skewers, stir sticks,
pens, clipboards,raffle tickets, and gift bags.  Also we have a 10x10
canopy and a couple tables

I am giving you all this now so you can be thinking about your contribution
to this fundraiser which is just over 2 months away.  The clock is ticking,
it's time now to act.
