Many, many thanks to Pam for organizing our speaker on Afghan women, and to Kaye Handley and club members for the generous pledges they made to help Marita, a young Afghan woman trying to travel to the United States to go to college. . 
Next meeting, a Board meeting, will be on Thursday July 22.
