[Rotary] Subject: Rotary: Spring Golf Tournament

The rules are attached. Because it took a little time to get them out, and to allow teams time for form and play, I propose we make the tournament March, April and May.
I hope the rules are ok, but if not let me know. I will send them to Fort Bragg and the Foundation Wednesday morning, unless there is a problem.
