Greetings and Congratulations !!!

The Rotary Foundation (TRF) has approved your District Grant Application, so please take action to start work and make the financial commitments needed for your 2021-22 District Grant Projects.

If there are any questions as you get into the implementation of your project, please contact me ASAP so we can consider and approve any changes to your Grant Application.

Please remember to involve your Club Members in the planning, promotion, implementation and reporting for your project and to 

1. Keep copies of all invoices and receipts for your project and inlcude lots of pictures and movies if appropriate.

We are always looking for ways to promote great projects at District Training Assembly and District Conference so think ahead of what you can to do to be ready to present and highlight your project if invited to so so.

2. Get and keep copies of your canceled checks used to pay for the expenses of your project and - if used for reimbursing a club member for expenses they paid for - show the expense receipts so an auditor can track the cash flow.

3. Begin to gather the things you will need for your Final Report - The Final Report Template can be downloaded from the District Grants Web Page (www.rotary5130.org/grants). See Step 4.
The Final Report is due within 60 days of Project Completion or by May 31st, 2022, whichever is earlier.

4. Above all, HAVE FUN !!! ... cause "If it ain't fun., it ain't Rotary !!!"
