[Rotary] Sherwood Oaks Update

Time for some good news:

Sherwood Oaks has had two consecutive weeks of negative Coronavirus tests,
which marks the end of the outbreak which started in early July.  Their
last confirmed case was diagnosed more than a month ago, and no employee
has tested positive in more than 8 weeks.

The in house isolation restrictions are being gradually loosened.
Residents may be in the hallway if wearing masks, but still may not
congregate.  All staff continue to wear N95 masks and eye protection, but
no longer need to gown unless doing close personal care.  Testing will
still be done, but less frequently.  Visitors are not yet allowed, but that
policy should be changing in another week or two.
