[Rotary] Trash Collection

Matt and I spent a couple of hours picking up Rotary Park and Main Street
from Lansing to Highway 1, then both sides of the highway from the
stoplight to Big RIver bridge, three bags full and friendly conversation.
Thanks to Matt for this and much more unrecognized work he puts into the
park and our community.

I'll be reaching out to more of you to help with the rest of the highway
soon.
