[Rotary] Raffle Tickets

Hi all,
It is time to put the pedal down and get those raffle tickets sold. If you have sold as many as you can, please deliver your checks and ticket stubs to either myself at 12101 Alderwood Rd, Mendocino or to Ray at his office, Farmers Insurance, Mendocino. 
Several of you have said you have sold tickets, but do not yet have the payments. Now is the time to get them.
Several of our members have said they can sell more, so please get any unsold tickets to them rather than sit on them. 
Schedule:
December 3 (this Thursday) hand in your ticket stubs and checks to Ray and myself. If you have not sold out either get it done or give your tickets to someone else. When you hand in your stubs and checks please be sure the stubs clearly indicate the name of the buyer, his/her e-mail and telephone particulars. Please give us a written list these, checked against the ticket stubs by yourself. It can be handwritten but this is important so that we do not make any errors.  
December 10 last call to get tickets in or to someone else. and target date for sorting out any unknowns. All unsold tickets should be with those who can sell them. 
December 17 hopefully all 100 sold and accounted for.
So far it looks like Ray, Jerry, Pam and myself have sold out. Several others are close to selling out but waiting for payment.
