As usual, we will be open about 10 minutes early to allow all of us to log on and test our connections.
Because the last Thursday of the month is Thanksgiving, this will be a brief Board meeting followed by a regular meeting. All members please attend.
We will have a speaker, Jeff Snider of Cal Fire, who will speak on fire risk, protection from wildfires and evacuation strategies for us on the Coast. Suzanne Zehm has volunteered to speak on Covid 19 in Germany and we will do it if we have time.
Agenda:
1. Board meeting open
2. Discussion of International Project in Vanuatu (recommendation attached).
3. Any other items for decision
4. Close of Board meeting, and open of regular meeting. Pledge, Thought, pin check, happy dollars. Announcements.
5. Christmas: decorating the tree (thanks to Matt it is already planted), possible social events, Santa Claus, donating woolens for the poor, etc: open discussion.
6. Avenues of Service: as requested by leaders. 
7. Take Out Dine Out Raffle: current status of ticket sales, lets get them into the hands of those who can sell them.
8. Membership drive: Jeff and Ray. 
9. President-Elect: Discussion.
10. Talk: Fire Protection and Evacuation on the Coast by Jeff Snider. Discussion.
11. Talk: Covid 19 in Germany: Suzanne Zehm. Discussion
