[Rotary] Thanks in Order

Mike Sandys and Toby Wade helped with highway cleanup today.  Matt helped
about a week ago.  Much appreciated, guys.  It really looks great with the
recent mowing by Caltrans.

We haven't done the stretch from the Big River bridge south to the Grove
Campground in a while.  If any of the rest of you are willing to step up
for a couple of hours, let me know what times are best for you and I will
post it.  Early in the day there is less traffic, but I can be flexible.
