The draft minutes of our last meeting are attached. Mike could not get into the zoom meeting, so I prepared them once I was aware he could not get in.

Amongst others, we talked about the park and fund raising. All is going well in both areas. Pete is tracking down the original engraving requests for sponsor stones.  Subsequent to the meeting Matt got the grass mowed and it looks great.

Matt has issued a President's challenge for members to contribute up to $300 while our income from traditional sources is limited by the Coronavirus. John Porter, Donna, Matt and I have contributed. Lets all get on board.

Jerry pointed out after the meeting that we need to begin thinking about our next fund raising event, the golf tournament. Jody, Sean, Pete and Toby to take charge.

To date I have only received 4 completed membership surveys, leaving 15 to go. There will be happy dollars from me for each one returned, fines for non-returns.

Several of us had difficulties with the zoom. Please be aware I will use the same meeting ID and password each week so if you have done it once the same particulars should work again. If you have had difficulties, or just want to talk, try connecting in early. I will open the meeting at 11:45 next week and we can chat or sort out any difficulties until 12:00.

There will be a regular club meeting with a speaker on the 21st, a Board meeting and retreat on the 28th.

The purpose of the Board retreat on the 28th will be to map out our club directions and officers for next year. We are looking for a President-Elect , President Nominee and committee chairs for next year, so please call Matt, myself, John Cottle or any other Board members if you would like to volunteer.
