Hello friends ,
Here is our agenda for the zoom meeting 5/7/20 , we start at noon .

1. Call the meeting to order and the pledge to the flag  and  the thoughts for the day ....
2. Harrold and Jerry , John Porter .... report on fund raising letter . 
3. All.... Phase two .....of fund raising letter , during this covid crisis ? How can we do more?
4. Matt and John Cottle , Park report and PGE in the park.
5.  Jody or Donna , Student  Scholarship awards  ,report.
6. Announcements and pin check .
7 . Wellness report .
8.Jeff our future president , Rotary international report and the  homeless shower project with Fort Bragg rotary .
9. Jesse ..... bringing us up to date , with , instagram, facebook and other on line activities ....how can we be better equipped  ,to respond to a younger looking club  , and attract a younger membership .
10  All members ....please offer good news and  more announcements ...ideas ?
11 . Wrap up  1 pm and future planning for spring and  summer fund raising .
