[Rotary] Subject: Zoom Meeting

All,
Our Zoom meeting on Thursday 3/26 at 12:00 went reasonably well. After we spent the first 22 minutes getting everyone on line (with one exception) we had a quorum (8 people were present) and Matt conducted a meeting with lots of discussion about various club matters, including placing our signs in the park, using our disaster assistance funds to help people needing some of the basics to survive during the Coronavirus era and moving ahead with our project in Vanuatu.
We all felt this virtual meeting was something we should do again. I am going to take the online course in managing Zoom calls, and then play with the app until I can use it fluently. Lets try to get us all onto this next time which should be for lunch on Thursday 4/2.
