[Rotary] Rotary Report 3/22/20

Hello Folks ......
We had a Zoom meeting today at 11:30 to Noon ...Jeff , Toby and Jerry and I were in attendance ......it was a easy to learn the Zoom system........thank you Jeff for initiating 
The meeting .

This Thursday  , 3/26/20  , is the next meeting in Rotary  park .......
We will discuss funding the international program and Rotary Park ....progress.

We will discuss the Covid 19  and how it has I packed Rotary and our new rotary  Format .........of Zoom Meetings .

We will also ask rotarians to donate,  our weekly lunch fee  , to a ongoing support program ,  for local Covid 19 defense ......meaning ........possibly , we will fund masks for seniors and support for seniors who are house bound  ....... Thursday , please bring ideas to the meeting or if you are unable  , sent suggestions via email ,  and I will verbalize your wishes and desires at the meetings .

Zoom Meetings  are actually fun , we had some laughs today , at zoom time .
I encourage everyone to down load the zoom app......thank you Donna for enlightening

We are vibrant group and we can do much ,  for the local community , in this time of pandemic ...........

I totally understand if you , fellow Rotarians  , don’t attend the meeting in the park , Thursday at noon.  I will be there and look forward to seeings those who care to attend .

We will bring your own chairs and  we will sit in a 10 foot circle ⭕️ ,  and enjoy our time together , and make plans for the future .......please bring your own food and we will be safe and proactively act  , in a way , that we can move forward in this time of Covid 19.

Thank you for reading this email . I can bring a few extra chairs for Thursday’s meeting .
