[Rotary] Board meeting 3/19/20

Matt,

The Scholarship Fund is a great idea.  I set one up at the U Wis. School
of Pharmacy and it will be providing scholarships long after I die.  Not
sure meeting at the park is a good idea.  Will be, most likely both cold
and wet.  I suggest we discus your ideas via the internet till the corona
virus calms down.

As a reminder, we will have no Foundation Board meeting this month.
