Dear Rotarians,

Let’s take extra care to protect ourselves and our community. Mendocino
County held a press conference, and it can be viewed on the Mendocino
County YouTube channel.

New Press Releases on COVID-19 will come out on Monday’s at 5pm, and as
needed.

As of press time yesterday at 9am 03/05/2020 we have zero cases of COVID-19
in Mendocino County.

If you have questions, the County call center is open from 8am-5pm daily.

Please refer only to official news channels, Mendocino County, the
California Department of Public Health(CDPH), the Centers for Disease

As a civil service worker, I have been called to stay and work in Ukiah
next week, assisting our County Health officer, Dr Doohan. I want to
reassure you that we do preparations for outbreaks year round in public
health, as part of the Disaster Health Care Coalition (DHCC) that meets
regularly at Public Health, and which includes staff from all the
hospitals, clinics and providers in our area.
