Hi, 
We left an important item out of the draft minutes, about the retention/dropping of members, now added in.
We will meet on the 9th by zoom, and have Mary Anne of the West Company as a speaker. 
We are planning as of now to have the meeting of July 16th in the Park, with amplified sound courtesy of a microphone app for the iPhone and a Bose mini speaker (it works really well), and suggest this would be a good time to invite a few friends/acquaintances to join us. 
We have gotten a lot of comments on where and how to hold meetings, in the Park or by zoom, and most seem to prefer the Park but there is a risk issue as the pandemic returns to the infection levels of last March, and tourism increases. Some of our members will not come to the Park,  and some will not use zoom, so we are more or less split on the issue. 
Solution: alternate venues, and ensure we stay safe.
