[Rotary] Subject: Rotary: Agenda for Meeting of 7/30/2020

Hi Rotarians,
My vote for Rotarian of the week is Susan Keller, who arranged for meals to be delivered at no cost to the staff of Sherwood Oaks who are in isolation, and is helping with the design of the Covid 19 impact mitigation project. 
Our Next meeting, on July 30, will be a Board meeting with the primary objective being to discuss and decide upon various projects and fund raisers, to the extent that we can, preparatory to firming up our budget for the year at the end of August meeting. Although the meeting is primarily for Board members, it is open to others who have something to discuss or wish to listen in. The Governing Body or Board is as voted upon at our meeting of June 25:

The agenda will be:
1. Pledge, thought for the day, pin check, birthdays, anniversaries, happy dollars
2. Financial report 3. Membership report: admission of Suzanne Carstens as an honorary member, membership drive in general
4. Project and budget proposals: Community service, Park, Covid-19, Youth/vocational and International 
5. Fund raising discussion: dining-out raffle, Covid-19 letter, possible golf tournament in March, possible bicycle ride, other
6. Social: who is behind the mask competition
7. Schedule for August
8. Sunshine Report 
9. Thanks and Close If there are things to discuss that are not on the agenda, please let me know and I will put them in.
