[Rotary] Subject: Rotary: Agenda for Meeting of 07/23/2020

Dear Club,
Our next meeting, the last regular meeting of the month, will be with a speaker, which Brandt will announce shortly, and it will be a zoom meetin at the usual time. Please recall that we are building toward a budget for the club for the ongoing year, with our various committees working to define the budgets for administration, fund raising and the various avenues of service, in order that they can be sent in writing to the Board for its consideration at the July 30 meeting.
COMMITTEE CHAIRS, if you have not done so already you should plan on holding a meeting of your committee SOON.
Last week we had 13 members present but NO ONE represented the YOUTH or MEMBERSHIP committees. With school to open soon and our declining membership we need feedback on both of these. 
Meeting Agenda:
1. Open, pledge, thought for the day, pin check, happy dollars. Finemaster of the month: Pete
2. Membership drive: one new possible member identified, need to have others, particularly youth, business, NGOs and women: Sean, Toby and Pam
3. Fund raising: raffle alternatives, sponsor stones, letters, contributions in lieu of lunch: Pete, Jerry, Harold.
4. Youth: report on school opening (or not), Interact, links to covid-19 project: Jesse, Donna, Jody
5.  Covid 19 reimbursement project (thanks to Toby we are now qualified to submit a district grant request): Jeff, Harold
6. Covid 19 project going forward: John C, John P, Mike, Susan, Pam
7. International: as reported last week: Jeff
8. Park: work done and planned: Matt and Jerry
9. Other community service: John C, Pam
10. Newsletter ideas: John C, Jerry, Toby
11. Speakers going forward: Brandt
12. Other business, if any.

That is two minutes per subject over the first half hour so we will have to be quick. If there is nothing to report just say so.
