This will be a one hour meeting, without a speaker, so it will be a good chance to get caught up on club business. Remember that we are building toward a budget for the club for the ongoing year, with committees working to define the budgets for each avenue of service by July 23rd  and to seek approval of the Board at its meeting on July 30th. Committee Chairs, if you have not done so already, you should plan on holding a meeting of your committee late this week and/or early next week.

Fund Raising: Report on two proposals from the Fund-Raising Chair Pete Rose and Co-Chairs Jerry and John Porter. Possibility of issuing the John Porter Letter for Covid-19 fund raising to others.5. Park: Report on projects getting underway, fund raising: Matt and Jerry6. Youth: Report on contacts with the School District and Interact Club: Jesse 7.
