[Rotary] Board meeting ....

Hello busy people.........

Some members want a board meeting to approve a  Rotary’s ...RYLA scholarship and a sandwich board for putting on Main Street on Thursday’s to advertise our meetings

 ....it is to be put out on the side walk in the morning on Thursdays and taken down after our meeting ....rick sacks has a bid for 350.00 for this sandwich board .....

I know we meet a lot .........sorry........this will be the 5 meeting this month . SO SORRY !

Jerry Keravanch needs some one to cover for him to see “”everyone buys”” a ticket to the play at the art center ....March 12. Th.......Jerry is leaving town and needs some support ... IT WILL MEAN .....making phone and follow up emails .

So that is the agenda , vote for a 650 .00 Rotary , RYLA  , scholarship  and a placard sandwich board...........sorry for the trouble , but some people really like the meetings and as president it is my job to attend .........if you have to work , I totally understand .

How about next Tuesday at Noon ....????????????? At the hotel .
