[Rotary] Subject: Take Out/Dine Out Raffle: Get your unsold tickets in.

Hi All,
To emphasize what we discussed at our club meeting yesterday, please if you have unsold tickets, get them in to Ray or myself this weekend. If you keep unsold tickets with you, you have bought them!!
As you collect money for tickets sold, please return the filled-in ticket stubs and the checks for the tickets you have sold to Ray or myself.
We will meet next Monday to review where we are, identify any shortfall in sales and redistribute tickets to whoever can sell them. We will also be looking at purchasers to see if we have missed anyone who might contribute.
We will have the drawing when we judge that all the ticket stubs and all the funds have been received, not later than December 30.
Overall this is going well thanks to the efforts of all, and we have probably 85-95 tickets sold. Lets get this done!!
