[Rotary] Subject: Action Required: Raffle Fund Raiser

All,
As discussed at yesterday's meeting please hand in not later than Monday to Ray or myself your sold ticket stubs, filled out with buyer's name, telephone and e-mail address, and a check of other payment for them. 
If you have unsold tickets, and feel you cannot sell them, turn those in too.
Ray and I will then put together a list of ticket buyers, and from that we can determine if there are potential buyers we may have missed. 
We will then redistribute the unsold tickets to those of us who can sell more.
This is the only way we can be sure of how many tickets have been sold, and how many are left to be sold. 
We plan to get the list of buyers done on Tuesday, so please respect the Monday deadline.
