[Rotary] Coast Mask Makers and Mendocino Rotary

Thanks Donna, I am proud of our club for choosing to support this
project, and other Coast Children's Fund needs over the years.

Some of you may know by now that Flobeds has been making and giving away
masks for some time.  I have no idea how many or where they go.  Dave
Turner, owner of Flobeds, is a Ft Bragg Rotarian.

Our combined efforts are a wonderful service to the community.  Properly
constructed and worn masks greatly reduce the spread of viruses, and
relieve the demand for medical masks, which need to be reserved for those
on the front lines of caring for acutely ill persons.

We may, and I believe should, soon see a mandate that EVERYONE in public
areas wear masks until adequate testing and/or an effective vaccine are
implemented.
