Sorry to have missed the meeting today,

I took Betty to Alameda for medical care yesterday, which went well but
left us both exhausted.  Why some people adore travel I will never know,
for me there's no place like home.  Oh, being with friends in Vanuatu and
New Zealand was great, but getting there and back, ugh!  Today I had
catchup work at Sherwood Oaks, but honestly I could have taken a break for
the club meeting, I just didn't remember it in time.

I'll be doing followup on trash collection with my homeless friend David
tomorrow, which he has already started.  Special thanks to Harold, Ray, and
Pam for assistance in getting this program started.

We had 29 tested for SARS-COV-2 at Sherwood Oaks this past week, all
negative.  Prayers answered too, in that as of today I have a very
competent and compassionate friend filling in as our DON at Sherwood.

Still only 4 cases in our county, and hardly any new ones in adjacent
counties.  Shelter on folks, keep using masks and soap.
