4. Speaker begins speaking for 20 minutes , then questions and Answers .
5. Covid response and fund raising letter and how to spend the money raised .
 ......please bring ideas , wishes and desires about how the money will be spent .
6.  Rotary trash pick up.....Trash problems and successes .... and a thank you  to , John Cottle .
7. Assistant Governors Report .
8. Birthdays and Anniversaries and Pin check .
9. Sunshine report about  our , older Rotarians .
10. Announcements and ideas 💡 to formulate new meeting formate and monthly 
 Fund raising efforts ........possible monthly payments ?
11 International report Jeff Stubbs .....
12. 1 pm , adjournment 

Please know I protect my fellow rotarians from the flood of emails that arrive in my email “”in box”””..........the district governor sends out many .........and others from rotary , send many .........we all have busy lives and there is no way a normal person can respond to all the mass mailings of rotary .
