[Rotary] Subject: Mendocino Rotary Bylaws and PE Guidance

Guys,
When Dr. John and I went to the PETS training in San Jose, I realized how little I knew about Rotary. If some of you have a similar feeling, or if you just want to refresh your knowledge of Rotary, I suggest two documents: the bylaws of our club, last revised in July 2016, and the President training paper which contains a good overview of how the organization works. Both are attached. 
Light reading for heavy times.
